Quick post-workout meal, fast to cook!

 

1/2 lb ground turkey 1 tbsp XPN Coconut Oil 1/2 sweet potato (medium size) 1 green pepper 1/2 cup Riviera grated cheese (lactose-free)

In a small bowl, mix the minced meat with spices (to taste!), We went for a more spicy taste! Form the pellets with your hands. (Simultaneously), make the cut of the sweet potato in chips and the pepper! Put the sweet potato fries in another bowl, place a tablespoon of XPN Coconut Oil and sprinkle with the chili powder. Stir to homogenize. Leaving the skillet (can do it to 2 skillets to save time, be careful though!) Use a fatty substance in the pellet pan (coconut oil, cocoa butter, organic butter) Cook the pellets. In the other skillet, place the whole mixture of sweet potatoes on medium heat and turn regularly, with the fatty body they will quickly leather! Place on the plate, and put the grated cheese on the hot fries! Enjoy.
