Perfect to prepare multiple meals in advance in the space of 30 minutes!

2 lbs ground chicken 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1 small onion 1 can of red beans (in its juice) 1 sweet corn can (drained) 1 can of tomato soup 1 can of tomato paste (small) 2 tbsp chili powder (adjust to taste) 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp white vinegar 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Cut all peppers and onions into small pieces. Sauté them in a cauldron with the garlic. Add the meat in the cauldron + chili powder. When the meat is cooked, add all the other ingredients in the cauldron. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 20 min (stir from time to time). Serve with the garnish of your choice! (As shown: Greek yogurt + mashed avocado)
